I regulary develop microlearning videos to complement an eLearning module, and live or virtual classroom training sessions. Interactive and non-interactive videos are great for quickly and visually explaining processes, procedures, terms, and products.
Here are a small number of recently completed videos:
I scripted, storyboarded, designed, developed, and voiced this video showing how the world of work is changing to being more online/remote rather than office-based. It was produced for a Homeworking App that was developed to help people to work from home during the 2020 lockdowns.
The Story of Jonas
I scripted, storyboarded, designed, developed, acted in, and provided voiceover for this Homeworking video, which was aimed at people new to homeworking during the start of the 2020 ‘covid-19 pandemic’. The humour helped ease and calm employees as they started to face a very challenging situation.
The most effective way for someone to learn is by telling them a story. I scripted, storyboarded, designed, developed, and voiced this video showing how people make decisions. This formed part of a sales enablement virtual training package I put together.
National Dementia Care Home Training
I storyboarded, designed, developed, provided voiceover for this illustration of ‘Kitwood’s Flower’ for a national Dementia care business.

Spitfire Microlearning Production
A microlearning production about the fantastic Spitfire aircraft used during the Battle of Britain. Brave men and women were involved in every aspect of designing, building, flying, and maintaining this amazing aircraft during one of the most challenging times in British history. This was a personal project.
Tron Legacy featuring Noisecontrollers
Whenever I heard this Noisecontrollers track that my daughter always played, my thoughts went to the Tron Legacy movie of 2010, and thinking that this track was perfect for the lightcycle scene. So, I produced my own video version of it. Turn the speakers up and sit back and enjoy!
Showreel for Learning and Development Music Artist
My daughter produces bespoke music for learning and development projects. Her music is fresh, exciting, emotional, and motivating. I put together this short showreel for her featuring just some of her excellent music.
